ANNUAL AGREEMENT

Anchor Pest Control offers a variety of service programs. Our maintenance Service includes an initial interior and exterior service, to continue year-round at two month intervals. Our service is guaranteed to be effective, If pests return, so will we... at no extra charge. We will even sweep down those Spider Webs!

SERVICE UNTIL NOTIFIED

We call it the SUN Agreement. This service is also Guaranteed. You Receive a through interior and exterior treatment followed by a 30 day retreat. And that's it! You just let us know when you want to quit. Your only obligation on this service is the initial and the follow up service. Call for details.

SINGLE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Anchor Pest Control can accomplish a very thorough service on the Single Service Treatment. Whether it is a minor ant problem to an irritating bee or wasp problem. Our Single Service has no Guarantee, yet a Single Service can be easily converted into a regular maintenance program. Call for details.
